[SC] Purchasable Resource 2.4.8

This maintenance update improves the new automatic licensing system and cleans up the customer licensing interface.

Changes in version 2.4.8:

• Fixed an empty red DEBUG panel appearing below an active or owner license status.
• Buyers now receive a cleaner licensing panel with the license-server URL securely hidden.
• Personalized customer downloads attempt to activate automatically after installation.
• The manual license-key field appears only when automatic activation is unavailable.
• The manual license-key field is automatically hidden after successful activation.
• Saved fallback license keys remain securely preserved when the field is hidden.
• The activation button is hidden once the installation is successfully licensed.
• Added support for a verified “Owner installation — Active” state without consuming a customer license.

Previous Version Controls

• Added a new per-resource “Show previous versions to buyers” option.
• Administrators can hide the entire Previous versions section from the purchase panel.
• The option is available in both the regular XFRM resource editor and the Admin control panel resource editor.
• Hiding previous versions does not delete archived files.
• The option can be enabled again later to restore access to archived versions.
• Existing resources retain their current behavior after upgrading because the option is enabled by default.
